Love them old 041 I have 3 I have rebuilt 2 farmboss and 1 041AV I ported one of the farmboss just to see how well it would pick up.

I did a base gasket delete and widened the exhaust and intake and raised the exhaust back up a little. It's faster than my other 2

Version 1 of my "566i" project, it's a 500i w/ a 660 piston. I've since machined a different piston for version 2, I just really haven't done any testing on version 2, but hoping for some improvement.

I like to test my new builds that way also. I'm not a professional so go easy on the felling technique.
