Is the full baffle still in the 660?

If it is, and you don't mind doing it, please do a favor for me.

Drill a 1/2 hole through the back of the baffle and then test it again, perhaps with the can opened up a little more. Then re test with baffle totally removed (but before port work). Perhaps these mods will work best with .020 off the key for a timing advance.

I'm going to guess that the stock saw will do better with the 1/2" hole, but the fully ported one will like the baffle totally removed. I think the stock saw ill loose torque significantly with the baffle totally removed.

Trying some chains out. Half worn out semi chisel with a few short teeth. XS 2186

And a different chain. Older full chisel chain that I cleaned up on the round grinder. Still has a few short teeth and you can hear/feel it in the saw. XS 2166 with 51.4mm XPW cylinder

Just like the best single upgrade to a performance vehicle is tire suited to the task. An excellent chain can make or break a saw regardless of it being ported or not.

Yeh not too bad, did a good job fogging for bugs too. I like the front exit exhaust lol
