Close as I can get for a comparo. Rebuilt stock 390. New bearings, new oem 390 p/c.

*Edit
Once I opened it up, exhaust and intake had been widened slightly exhaust raised a little bit, base gasket delete, and a timing advance. It was probably worth a few seconds in this log

I edited my post above about the stock 390. Once I pulled it apart for porting, I noticed the exhaust and intake had been widened slightly, timing advanced, and gasket deleted. All that was probably worth a few seconds in this log.

Here’s the ported video after I was done with it

I was checking out my stock 3120 in preparation to sell it and had never cut with it. Only large mount bar I had handy was 20” and some aggressive round filed…what the heck. All I had for wood is the little 9” stuff I keep at home for testing. It was fun! Can’t stop it. So I decided to finally put the play bar and chain along with the 12 pin on the ported 3120. First time with the big saw and a rickety setup but here we go. A least it’s not slow dry hard eucalyptus. It’s dry athel pine….

I cut off the vid because it all went to heck when I tried to up cut, ha! Need to build a better log stand or just do it at the shop…I’m sure my neighbors don’t appreciate it.

I'm not sure if it will handle all that power...

You might have to send a few 6 cubes down and test it out.

That's still the plan. I still have two saws I need to finish up for members here (who've been waiting quite a while) and get a few projects knocked out
at my day job before I can make it happen.
