Wow big difference vs stock. Stock one looked like it was gutless. I guess porting really wakes up certain stihl models?
Na that’s old dry yellow box eucalyptus.
Think dry frozen oak left to turn to stone for a couple million years.
Chain destroying clutch burning evil stuff to cut.
I’ve seen stihl tungsten chain have the tips melt out of the cutters trying to get through big old logs that have sat for decades.
Basically uncutable

And this is what the grain looks like once split. I've bent the beam on my nearly new splitter trying to split a knotty bit.

More power makes a huge difference here.
Bigger sprockets do nothing but kill chains and clutches faster.
Most blokes in the states are amazed when I say 90% of the porting work I do is 90cc plus and often those saws are used with 20 to 25" bars at most.
You don't see 60 to 70cc class saws here running 32" bars
If I ever become a billionaire..... HAHAHAHahahaha..... I'm gonna fly a heap of you Americans over and have a GTG cutting big dry Aussie logs.
