Ding ding....And were off...lol
Yup.... I raffed. It’s hilarious to me how one post something with no description at all or simply ask a question... and it’s like dumping gas on the fire on this forum.... amazing. It just has to be about a few specific saws... you know lol.

Been a while since I put up a saw video. Buddy's Craftsman 2.8 / Poulan 2800. Wood test hopefully Sunday.

Why do u remove ur chain brake?
It was a race saw built by tree monkey, bought it from a guy or two down the line and am slowly making it into a more functioning saw. Ported and worked over extensively, but nothing that won’t let it be used for day to day work/fun. 880 carb and unlimited coil are some of its better features.

I went through these for a member here:

I'm pretty happy with both. The 241 was roached by a previous owner on bad gas. I spent a lot of time cleaning up the jug.

The 143 was seized and then a scrappy, older top end was thrown on. I replaced that junk with new OEM. Fuel systems on both
got complete rebuilds and then each unit got a pressure/vac test.
