Just got this little bugger. Pretty handy for cutting up branches etc. 2" and smaller around the yard. It's got a 6" bar, the 3/8lp chain is a little grabby but it's quite handy. Milwaukee m12 "hatchet"

New Guy at work asked me to do some performance work to his non-Mtronic 441. We got to talking and he used to work with Mason @huskyboy at Maple Ridge. Small World.

.040 off the base and set the squish at .021. Ended up at 80/124/101. Chain is hand filed Stihl RS. I was all done, reached for the bar still in the scabbard only to see the chain slightly dinged up. Got Me. LOL! Getting better at hand filing tho. Lastly, he gave me a set of Pro Safety 3 Point dawgs to install. They allow for a lot of leverage, gotta use a light hand with an agressive chain in hardwood.

Boy that looks great! I really like the ms441 after using one.
It's seems like they were pretty unloved when they first came out?
Mechanic at the local old school saw shop is selling his personal 441 to fund his lust for a 500i ,he's only put one tank of mix through it ,danm thing looks brand new.

Kevin is a good guy! He was my boss’s friend who worked with us logging in the winter when residential tree work was slow for him.

372 X Torq. Had it tuned a little to the play side. Gonna do some more porting to this one but I’ll wait a bit. Next is uppers and then it is done.

That 281 runs tit! I love a damn 281, grunty, enough speed to be fun, oil most bars and a sturdy machine for sure.

Ported a couple of these this weekend. One is new running a 7, the other has been logging for a year with an 8 tooth rim
