Thanks boss. If you think it’s sporty I’ll call that a win for my humble benchSeems pretty sporty. They do like high compression!
Them look great. Next time though find more *f-worded up looking test wood would ya?
Now that’s a chunk of wood to test a saw. Twisted beech is tough stuff. Saw sounds great Kev. Dem 462’s get it done
You Welcome Josh that is a angry saw great work.Did this 394XP for my friend. Initial build was typical BGD, MM, TA, but only made 175psi. He said he was happy but I wasn’t. Got the saw back from him for round 2. Step 1... Sent the cylinder down to @rattler for a base and band cut to wake it up. After I got it back I raised the exhaust and transfers back up to pre-cut height. NOW I think my friend will be truly happy with this saw, it definitely has an attitude, and I can tell that it will pull a long bar VERY well. Can’t thank you enough for getting the cylinder on your lathe Mike!
The PA guys cut up all my 462 test wood with their 880. I’m trying, manThem look great. Next time though find more *frenched up looking test wood would ya?

It was a dandy. I bet that thing burned 2 gallons of gas that day. Surprised the chain lasted as well as it did after me throwing a bucket full of sand into the crack in middle of the log right before the gtgIt was early in the day I'm talking about. @Glock37 brought a sweetheart.
