Moar @huskihl 346 Round chain (Stihl RSP) that I sharpened after I found a damn rock last week. You lose the factory tooth profile which is kinda unique. Top pic is sharpened, bottom pic factory profile.

To get that factory profile tilt the file up 10*. (30* angle, 10* tilt).

I think its more complex than that Mike. The new Stihl RSP .325 chain.

Use a 7/32 file for stihl 3/8, it will clean the gullet better (yes I know they say use that weird size 13/64, you can use that when the chain gets worn down more). It’s not easy beating what you get out of the box with RS, husky C chain or EXL for the average user who isn’t experienced at filing though...

File isn’t going to get you there...RSP is some badass sh1t right off the roll!

13/64 is for .325 in my book.

I can file round with 7/32 and make it wax those factory cutters.

On a Husky 84dl is 24", it grows an inch on a Stihl. I don't intend to use it regularly with a 25 but I just wanted to see how it would do. I say untouched jug but when I cleaned the carbon out of the exhaust I hit the bevel on the exhaust roof with the diamond ball. It's so flat there's such little bevel I didn't want to tempt fate. Other than that I did what a couple members here familiar with the model have recommended. BGD, TA, opened the muffler, and a popup piston. I think you could hear in the vid how quickly it revs up.
*edit* Worth noting also is the mesh filter from Canada. I've read that they make quite a difference. I'll do my best to break it in before Joe does his dyno day and we can find out.
