Did you mod the oiler for milling? Those saws are pretty poor oil output stock with the standard pump.
Thanks for reminding me. I noticed it when I was loading up the saw. Chain was on the dry side, not dusty tho. Forgot all about it while reading 20+ pages of a hot topic today.....

If anything you made it run better with the increased BTU’s from the hotter chain lol

I have an Asian 660 (w/Cross P+C) that was ported (w/machine work and bridge ports). #s were 100, 120, 80. It ran good, but not great.

I raised the Ex a bit, and lowered the Intake a bit and shaped the ports a bit flatter and the saw runs like a beast. I also gave it .030 timing advance (from .020). That saw will noodle large hardwood rounds with ease!

Went through these White Oak rounds like they were butter.
