JBA"s Stihl 039. Saw was rebuilt with Meteor piston. Intake and exhaust were widened, muffler mod and timing advance. Running a 20" bar with square filed work chain.

Looks good Will. Much better. That combination puts the saw in a much more comfortable RPM range.

Thanks Jeff. I still want to try a .325 setup on it. Plus the wood I've been cutting is soft and a couple of years old. Definitely need to get it in some hahd wood

YES. You need a good piece of red oak to test cut.
325 in 16 may even be a little better yet.
