Oh it happened. I even tuned it a bit. Still a tad fat which is hard to believe. We were in high production mode so no time to vid. (Forgot my phone). The look on my dads face was pretty priceless when I bucked the first big log. Lol.

Kinda weird looking cylinder. Would it be better to cut out the cylinder where those lower transfer ports are? I've never seen the crank case, so I don't know.

Jonsered 630 with a Chinese Tecomec 52mm cylinder. I opened the exhaust and intake up a bit. Cut a pop up and the results are a little disappointing. It doesn't run bad but I was hoping for a little more speed in the cut. My cheap project just got a little more expensive and it looks like I'll be putting an oem 272 top end on it.

Ear, I add my saw in yew today.. fuddy wood was 18” going 20”

My poor 16” bar was eatin it with the 461...

This aftermarket gasket could have been part of the problem with my 630. It's still getting an oem cylinder.
