i'm going to have some of these made, i'll post prices when I know more
Sign me up! I asked you about these on YouTube the other day and you said NLA but since they could possibly be NAA (Now Available Again) Definitely keep me in mind! I also read your thread about Monkeyfest and the fact you could possibly use some help. If you don't already have more help than you can use,PM me with when and what you have in mind would be glad to help. Matt...

Man could I use one of those vices.

Not to derail you too much but I'm building a 288 right now and would like to know if you always put the bearings on the crank first. Always assumed you should put the bearings in the case but that went together like butter. Thanks for sharing the video.

I FEEL THE LOVE.... BROTHERS!!!!

Scott, AWESOME vice and video to show how useful!!! I also picked up on your sizzle test to see if case is warm enough!! Do you chill the crank?
Man you made it all look so easy....crank in, sides together, bolted and crank centered in no time!!!
If there's a list for the vice add me to the list!!!!

ok, I gotta ask... did you machine that case iron base yourself Scott? You have a locking swivel base, with a right angle indexed head, with a bar mount adapter... sound about right? I'm assuming you machined the bar mount adapter, but the base and head? If you didn't machine it, where'd ya get it? I've never seen such a piece, or is it somehow and adaptation of a couple pieces?

I'm also assuming i'll see it in a week at the gtg
