I've had lots of ks cylinders chip grinding with a double cut burr so I only use single cut or if it don't need a bunch of material moved a stone will not chip.

What kind of burr are you using.

I may go back to diamond. I don't know if single cut burrs exist in this particular size.

Racers do that for cookie cuts ,bad for a working saw ,i would add weight on a work saw .

I like the flush mount pull handle ,cleans up the look of the left side .
I've not noticed any loss in cut power from a light flywheel, usually just gains buy I've never tried one this light.
It was a broke flywheel so I done that, useless the way it was.

I hate the handle in a husky, always in the way tuning so I cut the damn thing off shorter

It may run hotter without the extra cooling fins ,i only run longer bars so what i like in a saw is different than a lot of the rh coast likes .
Kind of like putting a cr250 flywheel and ignition in a 250r quad ,it will rev quicker ,but break the tires loose easier but loosing tourque for tire hook up ,a saw chain has to hook up in softwoods to cut fast ,maybe opposite of the hardwoods in the east ?
