They work good but it's a lot of work.
One of moparmyway 066s is like that. 103 and 4 stroke to 16k.

I'll swap it out tomorrow with my coke can technique...and then sleep better at night.
Im sure the can works to get over the taper. I have been using the negative strips that come with developed pictures.

Bump on the adjustment screw was worn off. It oiled but not like it should.What was wrong with the oiler?

I replaced the seal and thought sure I had it fixed but it still just ain't quite right.
It doesn't tune like it should,it don't hunt at a idle but it doesn't tune for a consistent idle and if I tune it to 13500 most of the time It stays there but now and then it will scream lean way past 13500 to no 4stroke then let off and hit it again and it again and it will stop at 13500. Wtf?
