How do the large lowers work ?Like ? Dislike ?
I'm matching the lowers to the piston windows,not really making them deeper just wider.
Shaun is where I got the idea,I don't know if that's what he does but that is what I do.
They work good but it's a lot of work.

I make them deeper under the bridge to make the turn into the cylinder a little more gradual.

It's on my 066,the first day I got it i ran it a while and it was a fn beast so I started nosing around and pulled the flywheel to check the key and when I tightened it back up my socket stuck in the flywheel and I had to get kinda nasty wiggling it to get it out. I figured I might have hurt it so I immediately pulled it again and checked but couldn't see it and the saw hasn't been right since.
I was putting the ignition advance back where it was and had a close look with the new magnification app on my phone.
I see said the blind man

What was wrong with the oiler?
Bump on the adjustment screw was worn off. It oiled but not like it should.

I replaced the seal and thought sure I had it fixed but it still just ain't quite right.
It doesn't tune like it should,it don't hunt at a idle but it doesn't tune for a consistent idle and if I tune it to 13500 most of the time It stays there but now and then it will scream lean way past 13500 to no 4stroke then let off and hit it again and it again and it will stop at 13500. Wtf?

So your telling us your young enough to never had a picture developed?:)

Not even close but it's been more than 15 years since I had film developed... Wait that's not true. Cleaning out mom and dad's house last year found some of dad's old cameras, one still had a film in it. Pictures of my oldests 2nd Christmas on a roll that never was finished.
