Here it is earli
Look

Looks great J.

Is that your right nut sticking out of your jean cuff by your boot?

I hear it was hot in MO yesterday.
Yes it is.
There is no air in the woods, brutal.
Takes a rare breed to cut timber every day in this heat and I ain't one of them anymore. If you want to find out what kind of shape your in give logging a try in the middle of the summer.

A good freind of mine owns that timber outfit,he's a few years younger than me and in shape like nobody I've ever seen.
He worked 13 hours yesterday and I helped for 5 hours in the evening.
I'm still fumbling around trying to get moving and go port a saw and he's been in the timber since 530 this morning.

Spend your life in the timber like most here have and you become super human, grit and toughness is a understatement.

Hats off to the men in the timber making ends meet.

Some of us are better built for desk jobs.

Until about 5 years ago I thought I was invincible but then 40 happened and it all went to *s-word. I can still do it but only for a little bit. There's something about logging that is addicting,as miserable as it is the few that can do it will never do anything else, they say once you get saw dust on you that It can't be washed off and I guess that's right, your either hot, cold, broke or rolling and wouldn't have it any other way.
If my back wouldn't have shot craps I'd still be in the woods instead of grinding but everything happens for a reason.

You need to fix that gyrating chain brake handle, very distracting in the videos. :stick:

My brain says go but my body says no!
Stupid body
Oh I am the same
I was cutting a heap of timber in 100f+ heat last summer and I drank so much water that I ended up vomiting water before lunch time.
Cutting it was hard enough but loading it in the trailer at 1100kg/meter cubed which is about 1850 pounds per cubic yard. Nasty heavy!
I could have driven on mentally till the sun went down buy my body said "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING TO ME?"

I stopped remembering I aint 20 any more

You should try running it!
Its very distracting.
I'm a little confused about the sound of this saw,it would be fine if the exhaust was 92 but it's almost 103 and fat at 14500 and has a high exhaust note from the muffler, have you experienced any like that? Completely different sound to this saw.

My 064 is going to be a bit of a rat rod

Bits of busted repaired stuff, Chinese stuff, KS jug, Meteor piston and Caber rings, an exhaust port guard...... it can hardly be called a muffler :)

I want to keep it as an 85cc but make it go hard.
