You and me timed that cylinder when you first got your wheel. Couldn't remember the numbers though. I put the Stihl cylinder on this saw I'm putting together, it's a flipper. I'll hang on to the kohlbenschmidt cylinder for a rainy day. Thanks fellers.

Stock except for the muffler. I'm gonna sell it and don't want to fark it up and have to buy it back. I don't know enough about the black magic y'all do.

The rat rod 064 is coming together.
1201a unlimited flywheel turned up and is now fitted up with an aftermarket 1300 coil.



Made a steel bracket to mend the broken tank handle



Just waiting on the new Walbro carb to turn up.
Going to get a new clutch and sprocket for it too

Also gave it a .015 timing advance

Going to have a crack at braising the 3rd exhaust port on the muffler too.
She gunna breathe!!!

I have an original 064 muffler base but no front
I just bought one for it so I can run an original muffler

Even though it is a saw built from junk broken bits with the spaces filled in by ebay and China, I still want it to be an 064

I have a 3/8 20" bar for it and have a 28" 3/8 bar in the mail.

Will have the baffle removed and a 2nd port put on the flywheel side

This thread made me check my used cyl. boxes found 4-KS 064 cyls. 2 good to go, 2 scoring that I believe will clean up. I'm Dolmar, Husky. Got these in a box of 11 used cyls. I bought couple years ago .

I've got a small case 066 that's gonna get the new Cross Performance/MMWS pre-ported cylinder and piston on it. Gonna take a bit to round up all the needed smalls for it

I've got the case, piston/cyl, tank, maybe clutch and oil pump stuff. I might need a 3/4 wrap, matching brake handle, av's and plugs, carb, and a cylinder cover. If the HLS filter works ok, I have the intake stuff from my other 066 to put on it. The other one has a v stack and pod
