I cut this into logs yesterday and used my neighbors Bobcat skid loader to move them .It's a wind blown shag bark hickory that was right at 100 feet .Those logs are right at 14 feet long and it took some fancy skidding to get between two giant oaks in the lane .Probably a couple cords in them . Dry shag bark is like cutting concrete .I need to exercise my large saws so this will be a good thing .

Probably the Homelite 2100 S in my avatar, two Mac 125's and a 1o5 Mac .2100 CD Husqvarna perhaps the two p-100 Partners . Maybe half a log each just to blow the cob webs out .Maybe the 084 Stihl .Maybe a Mac 650 gear drive . No real hurry but I'll be able to tell which ones need a carb rebuilt .Depends on the weather .Not today, it's snowing . I have a tendency to hibernate in nasty weather as father time has snuck up on me .

:bash: I'd have to figure how to do a vid clip first .I'm pretty good with a wrench but not really tech savy .My patience level is very short on that stuff . I used to cuss up a storm at the robots at work which didn't really help except make me feel better . It's not something a person should really do to is attack a quarter million dollar robot with a big ball peen hammer .:)

Gotta love splitting hackberry.

I split that load yesterday. Other than an occasional knot, it splits like butter. I would like to have a semi-truck load of it; it makes great fireplace wood and decent stove wood. I save all the hard wood for my stove customers and fireplace snobs...

Trimmed a couple and disassembled a couple mesquites today. Green Wood is way more pleasant to cut than the hard dry dusty dead stuff I usually have. @Mastermind ported 6100 ripped with the 20” bar buried. First time I’ve really used the all the power.

I’ve been dropping mostly white birch which cuts beautifuly but of the dozen or so half have had heart rot. Some tricky drops, I never feel comfortable, with them I’ve had some close calls over the years. I’m harvesting for fire wood. I’m shipping some out for spoon carving blanks, I’ll keep some for bowls and probably going to harvest and sell the bark.
