Someone sure needed to take on these mufflers. Finding a good used one these days is almost impossible.

Yep. I think I'm going to start having the pieces laser cut as well to speed it up.

Big time. Welding is the fastest part. Sanding the flanges flat afterward takes a good amount of time as well.

Notice on those last two pics that I changed the wiring harness. Luckily I'm building this saw from two parts saws.......and so far I've had some pretty good parts to pick from.

Weird issue with this saw. The connecting rod was tapping the impulse nipple. I had to grind it down a little. You ever seen this before @jacob j. ?
