Yeah Steve agree with synthetic oil but these modern engines ain’t so strong as older builds just different gizmos making them run at hotter temperatures
To be more efficient and cleaner
I still go with tractors every 200 hours and trucks every 4K-5k miles

Top box is an old Wilco deep box for sockets, ratchets, extensions, wrenches and the like.

Bottom is my Husky 7 drawer parts organizer.

28" box holds mallets, pry bars, bigger Channellocks, specialty tools ect.

DeWalt 12v Max Impact and Ryobi 9.6v screwdriver stay inside, batteries charge inside as well.

Gonna get a magnetic strip for my everyday screwdrivers to hang off my box. I dig this set-up.

Yeah I see it I can see in the newer tractors 200 hrs isn’t enough with the regen
Of exhaust gases the older furds can take it
The zetors are a diffferent story change there oil every time there’s a new baby in the family

Nope! If we fired every person that damages a cylinder head we would be closed due to no employees. This specific fluffer is a year out of school. He'll get there, one day...

I once dented a customer car door pulling into the bay. Didn't get fired or even written up, but I agreed to pay for the repair.

Remember fellers, changing your oil every 12-15k is ok for your engines! Just use synthetic oil and you'll be fine.

Better yet, buy a 40k Avalon and dont change oil until it starts missing and CEL comes on. Dont worry, Toyota will warranty that for you! Yes, they really will. I did a bunch of them.

My vehicles get oil changed every 2k with store brand (API SN) synthetic oil. Tractors get it every 50 hours. Never had an internal engine problem ever and my vehicles get as good or better MPG than new ones.

Is that when Toyota had issues with the oil coking up?

Yes, early to mid 2000's. Never saw a single case of it where the people actually changed their oil within a reasonable amount of time. What really helped this to happen was where dealers started setting the next oil change stickers to 5k instead of 3750. Meaning, there was a good chance the oil would actually be changed at 8-10k.

Yup, we set our stickers at 3k and people always return when the engine starts knocking or 10k.

Whichever occurs first!
