Thank you sir. Exhaust is at 103* @65% of bore, transfers are at 119*, intake is at 79.5* and widened a bit. I dont remember the exact amount taken from the base band but I believe @David Young took .030” from the band, .040” from the base.Damn good work
Whats the trasfer timing like?
Decked cylinder much?
I got a 353 with 104/120/80 and triple port muffler, everyone in the crew reach out to that saw before anything else. It needed a stack and uni filter to come aliveThank you sir. This KS gave me fits. The cutter heads kept skating and diving.
Still looks pretty clean tho. Nice job.View attachment 305823 View attachment 305825 View attachment 305826

Looks good to me bud, keep it up. Polishing to a mirror finish doesn’t gain anything worth the time it takes to do it in a saw imo. Unless it’s the exhaust port to keep carbon from building up.372 OE Bumpity-bump. Taint the prettiest but it runs good.View attachment 311576 View attachment 311579 View attachment 311578

Nothing wrong with that. Just make sure you have a good bevel.
Thanks Mason. Ive found that fine polishing doesn't really add anything as well. Instead of progressive sanding the exhaust like I usually do I just went in with a single cut bur and made everything somewhat shiny.Looks good to me bud, keep it up.
