I recently watched some how to porting videos on YouTube that were specific to the Husqvarna 390xp. I was inspired to fire up the grinder and let er rip. You play with strato timing yet? It seems to me that any change won’t make a difference, but I am still trying to wrap my head around it.

Lol nah it has a home. This will be a test though for myself to see if my work holds up as the saw gets used almost daily

I’ve tried. It takes a crazy amount of work to make them look perfect. The exhaust is the easy part, but to make transfers look so consistent like that is near impossible. I totally agree with you, that is the best I’ve ever seen

CC needs to come up with a 181, because a 182 is even too damn big to get into the secondaries on these newer Stihl cylinders

I didn't on this one, dropping the jug changes the strato timing. I do play with it on the Huskies and it makes a difference.
