I am okay on clearance, finally got it all in there and was able to take a look. The Pin is still up in the cylinder and not down in the intake port. Looks like plenty of safety room.

It’s open to the case, there’s a small slot in the cylinder

Man I hate how a camera flash makes things look. That exhaust port is actually pretty shiny.

Man that all of these ported jugs looks great. Very clean and even grinding. That rattler jug looks very very nice. The intake port looks to be super huge......got lots of time area on that one. I know making them all clean looking usually doesn't make them faster, but it sure helps show the talent and value of a professional port job vs a guy like me doing it.
