When I first started logging I bought a 2171 that was 2006. It was one of the best running saws I've ever ran. I sold it after a year of logging with it, I still wish I'd have kept it.

I had a 371 I liked a lot.

Why or better yet what would make it do that?
With a wj69 it won't hardly ever do it so it's flooding it or changing the timing on mtronic.

True... but mtronic works the same on them. So if it was the mtronic doing it then if the 441 was as strong as it could be it should be popping, no?

If you get it up on the limiter it probably would be the same.

I've not seen another mtronic saw that will turn that much in the wood.

Also as I said,with a wj69 it doesn't do it so that pretty much narrows it down.

As I've said before it only does it for a minute then stops so I don't think the porting is changing as it warms up.
