Out of curiosity, what "stealing" have you verified that this location is involved with? Perhaps you can share the details with us.

We really should not be picking on this individual's choice of living conditions, he may be the victim of unfortunate circumstances and this is all he can afford. In fact, this may be an upgrade from his last place of residence...

There is nothing wrong with living in a house trailer. He could clean the place up a little so it does not look like a crack house and that would not cost him anything but his time.

I'm pretty sure (though could be entirely mistaken) that he was implying that any proceeds received by the seller, by virtue of posting a picture (which wasn't his) of saws (which he couldn't own) was lying and therefore stealing (if) the "saws" were "sold" in the blind. Now, if he used the picture as a representation of what he actually possessed, although potentially misleading, (and strange since it was lifted off of a saw site populated by enthusiasts of the same equipment), then no crime(s) is/were committed. In either case it's a bit more than strange to be using a photo you didn't of saws you don't own as a representative of saws that you DO own without making a disclaimer as such. It's unethically false representation as a best case scenario.

I do not disagree with your assessment. But how have you verified the activity you describe is associated with this address?

I haven't. My initial remarks on the person were limited to the quite possibly fraudulent ad. My comments about the address in question pertained to the visual condition of the property. I assumed whoever posted that had connected the dots electronically. If that's incorrect then the individual comments still stand. If they are in fact linked, then all the more to the point.

With all due respect. That has nothing to do with poverty or being broke. That is a manifestation of mental illness or at the very least just old fashioned sorry assed trash. Believe me I'm qualified to make that assessment.

I think this is pretty cut and dry fellas, and beating a dead horse. Any person on this planet that uploads a pic of saws that we all know now, doesn't belong to the 'seller'...took a pic from the internet basically...has absolutely zero merit nor credibility. It's absolute obvious he does not own the saws in the pics. Might he own saws likewise, sure. There's always that little possibility...they didn't just sell these things to one person...but something tells and smells me...he ain't got dick.

As far as the boys' Sanford and Son yard looks...more power to the idiot...just glad I can't see it from my house. That's all folks on this one.
