We really should not be picking on this individual's choice of living conditions, he may be the victim of unfortunate circumstances and this is all he can afford. In fact, this may be an upgrade from his last place of residence...
Out of curiosity, what "stealing" have you verified that this location is involved with? Perhaps you can share the details with us.
I'm pretty sure (though could be entirely mistaken) that he was implying that any proceeds received by the seller, by virtue of posting a picture (which wasn't his) of saws (which he couldn't own) was lying and therefore stealing (if) the "saws" were "sold" in the blind. Now, if he used the picture as a representation of what he actually possessed, although potentially misleading, (and strange since it was lifted off of a saw site populated by enthusiasts of the same equipment), then no crime(s) is/were committed. In either case it's a bit more than strange to be using a photo you didn't of saws you don't own as a representative of saws that you DO own without making a disclaimer as such. It's unethically false representation as a best case scenario.
