i am not a seller on ebay just a buyer i bid on a saw last week the seller cancelled the bid and took it off auction i messaged him asking why he cancelled and told him that wasnt a good practice on there feedback rating of 28 he said he forgot to put a reserve on the saw and hoped i rotted in hell i didnt message back but i contacted ebay about it . i try to work with the sellers and for the most part they do their best but once in a while you get a bad apple that needs pruning

Isn't there a way for you to respond to his negative comments about you??

If so, I would respectfully state that the piston was inspected by chainsaw techs and determined that user error in assembly was the cause of the damage.

If there is a way for you to reply, I would definitely do so. I don't use ebay much, when I do I mostly buy but have sold a handful of times. I don't care for how much "power" buyers have because some certainly do abuse it to rip off sellers and/or wrongfully hurt their reputations. For quite a while now, when I need saw or wheeler parts, my forum friends are my first move, ebay is usually my last option.
