I sure hope so. Can't have no 066 ruling the roost lol
I took 015 from the chamber on mine i believe and it's over 200lbs by a good bit
Late few I've done I only cut 010 and cut the base for 025 squish and there right at 200lb
Mine is 100 120 78 030 off the key is think.
I always cut the base first, that's just the way I explained it.
Cutting the chamber first can get you in trouble
I am no Porter but my understanding is that the 395 is one of those saws that the factory got "right" almost perfect timing numbers out of the box.
There are good stock but gain big ported
A saw porters dream

I cut 0.050" out of the squish on the last 395 I did and it's probably 220 psi. The exhaust duration has a lot to do with cranking compression.
You like um up round 220? Think the ol man will end up running this saw a bit, don't want it too feisty for him.
Do these gasketless numbers seem a bit higher than most you have seen?
Seems every thread I got numbers from most were
104,121,77 ish without gasket.
Just curious if they changed timing on the later model jugs.
No. That seems pretty normal. I haven't seen much timing difference in OEM 395 cylinder.
