I sure did like the room porting this jug, but don't think I will be seeking a 90cc+ for myself. That is a big frigging saw...

Thanks for following along, this one is going back to its owner tomorrow.

Have a feeling an 066 will be getting ported soon lol

I just picked up a '95 on Friday. Now I need to find a 36" bar and it will be my milling Saw.

As per Jason, the saw sounds like it's in perfect shape, because half the bolts are missing. I bought the economy size Loctite for the build. I'm gonna use all the restraint I've got to leave mine stock. Low rpm and low compression are what I want for milling.

Likely just add one @Red97 deflector to the muffler to increase the badassness.

Just keep a 4mm allen, and 10mm wrench handy while milling ;)

Just delete the gasket or cut the base a little and set squish to .022" stock timing advance and if you want widen the ports and clean them up. Doesn't take much to make a good running one and make it more efficient
