You be careful with that digger Adam.

I wouldn’t want anybody falling off or tipping one over, as you may get hurt. 👍

However. This is a long story short as possible.,
a couple that live outside the allotments came in and saw my wood pile, we exchanged in conversation about them buying some wood from me. There was some specific pieces of wood he asked about. The total cost of what we spoke about was appox £25
Guess what happened and not more than a week went by. all those pieces he asked about went for a walk into his garden.

I went in and checked myself. I couldn’t believe the fugging *pretty boy cheek of it.
I saw the woman coming home one day, so I asked her “do you owe me any money for any wood “.? Her reply was a stern NO.
I politely said “oh, ok. I just want to ask you to be sure”
They fuggingstole the wood and wasn’t going to pay me later..and I wanted to give them a chance.
A few friends said go and take it back. But I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle but was very happy to tell everyone about it (ge, everyone knows what they are like now)

Anyway back to my be carful bit,
karma works in ways I’d never expect 🤷‍♂️
I came out the allotment a few days ago and saw this. See below.

I’ve no idea who was on it or actually what happened as it wasn’t there about an hr before as I just popped in to pick some veg . I can only think someone was driving it up the steps back out and it slipped/tipped over.

My good side thought briefly “I wonder if i could help them winch it up right.” Then my other thoughts over took about the wood they stole, and I thought that will cost them as the hire co will be charging them for getting a hiab out to lift it upright etc.🙄🤨
And I’ve no idea if anyone got hurt.

Morning goons. Went and got bakery donuts this morning for breakfast. Time to get ribs ready for the LSG. Foggy here this morning. Tomorrow we plan to clean and prep the grills for the patriotic day 1000 steak cook. Monday we will be having lunch with friends as I’ll smoking a brisket overnight on Sunday. Just a nice laid back weekend here

I recieved a questionable piece of mail yesterday. It was from The US Census Bureau.

You have been RANDOMLY selected to take an American Community Survey.
Your Response is required BY LAW
It is addressed to resident BTW.

So now I opened this packet Just to see what this was about, I love being threatened by an alledged govt. agency.

This "survey" was 49 pages of invasive questions.
Name, name of anyone in the house # of rooms etc. Then it went into some really questionable questions like name and address of my employer then what time i leave for work, how long it takes to get to work, how many people ride with me. Am i deaf, dumb or blind. Am i able to get to a doctors appointment? These questions were to be answered by everyone in the house. They want to know everything except Social security numbers.

Randomly? Under penalty of law?

Sound like a scam yet?

No one else on my street got this so i must be special.
The last thing is if i don't return this crap someone will come to my house to complete this survey.

So i am waiting with my camera, various implements of destruction and the neighbors pitbulls on call for emotional support
