Damit, it’s my 60th birthday



Also The last few days my back has been irritating me, I tried a few things and took it easy.

and Sunday I knew my back was going to win.
I woke Monday morning and it was a struggle to get out of bed.
Needs must and all that.. so I thought what will the hottest bath would do to my back and the muscle spasms.
It helped just a little abit, and tthe pain meds.helped just little and after an hour opted for a double double shot of 45% to help

It worked as I thought it should. And I went to bed and watched Murphys diesel, There's plenty of content for the time that I needed

This went on the whole day, with more pain meds taken every 5hrs. The timing with next shot of 45% alcohol Was tailored to 11 pm that night… I slept the whole night , which is what I really needed
I woke this morning and took it very easy. I explored every move I made very slowly as I didn’t want that pain to return. I pushed on with the movements
I soon realised with coffee and pain meds it was going to be a slow but better than yesterday sort of day

So I’ve not done much on my birthday apart from lying in bed and watching more YouTube. But I did have go out to get a pizza and some hard cider from the supermarket as a birthday treat.

This cat has my back on the mend.

yesterday was a bad day for us, my mother-in-law passed away.
I loved her, she was always so very helpful, everything was about everyone else and never about herself. I still remember to this day when she brought me water every morning, she was always afraid that I would get dehydrated.
And a real hardworking woman she was too, came from Malaysia and worked until she was 89-90 as a seamstress, he is a tailor, and was very skilled at his work.

My wife is trying to get a quick flight home, with the Middle East conflict, simple travel is very difficult, she will probably not make it home before the funeral is over in Singapore.

Got to spend the morning with my grandson before school this morning. We built a couple of nice homes with Lincoln Logs while drinking a little coffee and having breakfast. It is a blessing to have moments like these.

Going to thin some more woods today. No help though, my SIL is on duty.

It certainly looks like an early taste of Spring. We had highs around freezing not 2 weeks ago.

Good afternoon folks. We had a heavy fog this morning that has nearly cleared. 47f and just maybe 50+f for today.

I believe some of the yard frost went out overnight as the 3 puddles were gone this morning.
