An 1/8" would be enough to cause it not to catch. If it's different I'm talkin an 1/8 of an inch at best.
What's wrong with the machine Tim?Working on a wrecker machine today guys. What a fuggin mess, hot, dusty, and alot of crash banging going down. I gave myself a GFY for the day. View attachment 420375View attachment 420376View attachment 420377
Looks like you are erecting yet another obstacle in your path to the workshop.
Probably wore off over timeTouche'
If that's the case how the hell would an 1/8 of an inch break off of the arm ?
Friction? Maybe just wore down enough over time.

Wanna stop by the school and teach a class Randy? I'm sure we could get you a celebrity guest spot on the teacher's roster
My buddy bought a Kawasaki Ninja H2 today, it tested at 210mph off the lot. I’m gonna take it for a rip later.

Was just a guess Ryan, I have nothing even remotely like that. All my saws are shindaiwa or Jonsered. You'll post his obituary soon.
I suppose, but there really isn't any friction. It just catches the clutch drum in that little notch so it spins.
If it was totally broken off it would make more sense to me, I've seen that a few times.
Hey my heavy quip friend. Hope all is good with you and the D2.What's wrong with the machine Tim?
Looks good Bossman. No waddled holes on the diagonal for the re bar. Measuring techniques and angular drilling deserves a passing grade from @John Wargo.
