Garee, I don't ever want to read more post's of you complaining about your job. DEALZZZ?
Mid Day Tn. summer heat please and thank you Boss!If we get any more of that, I'll drag him down here to build fence across solid rock for a week.
Do you bother coating the new bits in spray lanolin or the like Ed, or is anti-snow salt a lost cause?

Morena you other fullas too.
You're a bad ass.
It always comes apart, it's putting back together that is a pain. Repair just got more expensive, also!

No coating. It wouldn't matter.
Not even a little bit. Just a dude with some wrenches and pliers.
Not really.
Couple fittings and some nylon line.

Those nylon hose tools are sweet. I really wanted to run nylon on my F350, but can't justify the tools for one job. I have double flare tools, so I'll be running metal lines.
They are super handy. I can get the job done and move on.
I'm the only one who uses it. Everyone else orders a new line if they can't get it apart. No clue why. I just want to finish the job rather than leave it stuck on my hoist and the customer without a vehicle.
Are there any adapters that you are aware of to go from an OEM slip on type fitting to a flare type?
Your talking fuel lines, right?
I'll dig around in what we have and see what's in there. We have 2 kits.
Cool tool. Like I've said before you are the man with a plan and tools! No coating. It wouldn't matter.
