I’m needing to process more of my tomato harvest. Typically I blanch and Reese the romas for making sauce in the winter, what I am struggling with is the cherries. My sweet 100 is producing almost a gallon of fruit a week right now and as much as my coworkers enjoy the, I’d like to save some of these for us as long as I can. I’ve never been in to canning and not really willing to invest the time learning now.

I think I’d like to try pickling some of the cherries, recipes online indicate they can last a couple months in the fridge, what I’m wondering is if any of you have tried and true methods or recipes you use for cherry tomatoes

Todays haul included some tumblers that have been real hit and miss, have double this in the fridge from earlier this week…
