last night there was a fire at the neighbour's house, don't know if there was any or a lot of damage.
He was the one who messed with my car a couple of years ago.....
So sleep was so-so with fire trucks and the police.

I did, however, train today, 1 hour on the spin bike instead of 1/2 hour.


now I'm going to have coffee, and vape, nothing better than those two things after exercise.

Tor, aren't you defeating the purpose of the exercising by vaping? Haven't heard anything good about vaping and lungs.

Trying to work. Eyes ain't liking the bright leds in the shop too much. I'm doing some mods on a 3120 carb. Not sure I'll do anything else today.

Tor, aren't you defeating the purpose of the exercising by vaping? Haven't heard anything good about vaping and lungs.

Of course it would have been best to avoid vaping too Ray, but that's what got me off cigarettes.
The only thing that keeps me away from cigarettes is that vaping has become a small hobby, my mouth still waters when I smell a cigarette, even 4 years after I had my last one.

I do the training to build heart muscle and to keep my body moving, I don't aim to become a superman.
