I got that deflector from Red97. Thanks Joe!
I don't mind the thicker stuff. It isn't too hard to get them to conform to the curves of the muffler. I'm sure I'll need more in the future. You are welcome.
New ones are thinner gauge if/when ya need more
I've got a dual port that I made for my 064, they are both about that size, no tuning issuesDamn, that alot of opening. Did you have tuning problems?
When I go too big I can not get the low speed/idle to settle down.
None at allDamn, that alot of opening. Did you have tuning problems?

sounds really good! Here is what it sounds like
Just pinch the screen between the muffler and deflector and weld. What are you fellas using to hold your screens on when running a welded second outlet? I want to put a screen on my masterminded 036 but don't want to drill holes.

That might be tricky. I'd probably cut the deflector off and start over.Yeah that's what I would've done if i was doing the MM. However the outlet was welded on when I had it ported. Guess I'll just lay the screen inside the muffler and run bead around the edge.
