MS661c bites the rubber?

Got this in the other day...
No compression. Has under 10 hrs on it.
Piston scored all to heck cyl covered heavily with transfer.

Passed pressure/vac test.
Decomp had a very slight leak ( not a dual plug version! )
Bottom end had rubber bits in it...
Don't know where it came from.

Saw took a fall out of a bucket...
Stihl shop replaced a/f cover and black rubber shroud that snaps in it....
Guess they missed some of the debris from the original...

Cyl is marginal...
Couple pics through plug hole, plating is chipped at both upper corners of exh port.

Does the intake tube have bellows?
If it does there's supposed to be a what looks like a rubber flat washer inside of it. I believe it's there to prevent the intake tube from collapsing.
There was an updated intake tube that iirc was a bit stiffer rubber and didn't have any bellows.

Got a minute to get a couple more pics..
Hard to see but the little chunks have a "seam" down the middle, if you zoom in on the upper left chunk sitting on the raised ring you can see it...
May have been one of those rubber ringy thingyz...

Those bits of black , are they hard, or soft and pliable ?

If they're hard, check the anti-spitback plastic thing that snaps into the air intake under the air filter

If that's the only plating damage I would definitely do as Mike suggested and widen it. How bad are the grooves above the port?
