MS462 vs MS500i

I own both after waiting on 500i I’m tad disappointed with the the hype I’m running only bolt in mods at this point (air filter and muffler cover) and it seams with 28in bar the 462 has alot torque compared to 500i going to be sending my out to get ported after holidays

The 500 needs more time than any other saw I’ve seen to break in. I’ve had some come in with maybe 100 hours that ran really well

I was pretty unimpressed with the one I demoed last October, I was the second guy to take it for a spin.....glad I stuck with it because it really woke up after the third day I had it.

Just wear or use ear plugs, No? Problem solved...

I always wear hearing protection ..it is the neighbors and forest ranger that are not. Guess I could get a big box of foam ear plugs and hand them out but not sure that would work especially with the forest ranger haha...could see that plan backfiring.
