The white saw does seem like something is holding it back.
The price...whats the difference between them?
Well what prices do you have there? The ports line up good enough so it runs fine.so youre putting 020t cylinders on 200t crankcases? how well do the transfer entrances in the crankcase line up with the cylinder? ive never tried...very interesting. although, I'm not seeing a price difference on oem on my end
good to know....thanks for the info. ill rebuild a 1129 from time to time but ive always been hesitant to swap jugs and cases...I wont worry now. prices vary from dealer to dealer it seems. id just roll with whatever dave is getting them for....hes the man.The ports line up good enough so it runs fine.
Well do you remember the price of the 020T cyl?good to know....thanks for the info. ill rebuild a 1129 from time to time but ive always been hesitant to swap jugs and cases...I wont worry now. prices vary from dealer to dealer it seems. id just roll with whatever dave is getting them for....hes the man.
I sure do but I had to officially test it out to see for my self. Dave has an interest in selling those OEM cylinders if you need one. I still need to do one more run with the screen out to see the difference!I thought this could be done.....remember we were talking about this Steve ?
And the 020t carby too.I've been doing this for the last year or so....tree guys cant tell the difference and it saves $100. 020T cylinder is the way to go IMHO.
1129 120 0654 C1Q-S127 $66 or a $20 chinese carb if they are being cheapskates. Personally i prefer the accelerator pump carb rather than the copycat chinese carb that has the pump deleted. They idle and accelerate better with the OEM carb but some guys are just after price so i give em the option. And the 020t carby too.
020T is something like $120 and the 200T cylinder is $200. would have to dig up part numbers to be sure but that is at least close to what i am paying for em.so youre putting 020t cylinders on 200t crankcases? how well do the transfer entrances in the crankcase line up with the cylinder? ive never tried...very interesting.
