Is that one of them new pistons actually made by Stihl (not contracted out)? If it is, I hear they are supposed to have tighter tolerances.

At those RPMs this likely doesn’t matter but could... I’ve talked with you before about filling the floor of the transfers to the level of the piston at BDC. Idea being stabilizing airflow into the cylinder. Those are some big windows coming in and probably have a solid .100-.150” where the piston is covering the outlet if not more. That’s a big step even if the charge is following the outer wall of transfers.
