Edit: he didn't tell me it was tuned 16500. He wanted to see if it would hold up. He thought i wouldn't run it as hard if i knew.

I could be wrong, but it appears that your PTO side primary doesnt have a defined corner, like the flywheel side has

Also, does the grind through affect airflow ?

the bottom of the port is covered by the piston, I don't see how that can effect whats happening with the roof

Scott is there enough room on the primary of Kevins 1st pic to dig into that back wall by the exhaust and aim it more toward the intake?

I think that will cause more of an eddy

there's no way to get into the back of the port from the lowers, not without hogging a bunch out.

Looks to me like the intake side of the flywheel side primary got dug out a little more, creating more of a wall to bounce off. The pro side looks to be tapered more. Perhaps some epoxy in that corner to reshape it?

Relieve some of the primary with a bridge across the bridge into the secondary
