Jeremy...next go around try the rebuild yourself. ..my vids walk u through it.

We all know LW rocks. ..and clearly here he shows it.

Regarding the gasket delete....I've done it lots of ways now...and I'm starting to be convinced to leave it stock. Stock compression is easy to start when u r up in a tree....and good power. If you bump the comp...there is no comp release ....do you want to be pulling the starter harder up in the tree for a tiny bump in power?

Nice job lw
He did try, I was on the phone with him , I sent him a seal installer and he had a hard time with the damn tiny little seals so he sent it to me to make his life less stressful. I guarantee that saw would have had you crazy. It had leaked pressure a few times in different spots till I got it right

Yikes.....

Sometimes leaks are a learning experience. ...sometimes simply frustrating. Which one was it?

Ie... anything I can learn from this?

I really think the oem seals are best to install with the case split. Am seals are easier to install overall thou... imho. They don't break.

Sorry you had trouble Jeremy. ...hope that saw serves you well.

I actually hate aftermarket seals in the MS 200T.

I know....maybe I'll come to that conclusion eventually... and for the right reasons...but the oem seals still don't make any sense to me.

Next 200 I work with I'll do some more fiddling and video ....who knows. Maybe I'll change my mind :)
