The badge on the top cover says ms660 and the jug and piston are for a ms650. Weird? This isn't normal is it? Has somebody rebuilt this saw at sometime?

I have no idea. I've done a few 650s, but never one with a 660 badge.

I'm guessing there were a whole lot more used 660 covers available to replace the original
