At least put a tag line on it so a guy on the ground and guide it. That video is a good example of why workers comp is so expensive on loggers and tree trimmers.....

Well Kevin was on the hook and not tied into tree as time saver. I see your point on tagline and swing but again fighting daylight... Not my call I'm doing ground work and some of the bottom cuts. We had no issues and got my therapy in running saws and chipping brush.
