I drink one every couple days ,not addicted to them though ,mostly a gatorade or pepsi drinker ,the pepsi makes me fat so i should wean off of them .

Your body will thank you for stopping. Keep drinking fluids though to help out. Iced tea would be a good thing to change over to. Lotta sugar in there so that should give you energy. haha I drink alot of water and orange juice. But during lunch at work I'll get a Dr. Pepper or Sprite.

Gonna be rough for a week or so, caffeine withdraw is horrible. After you get past that it's great, trust me. My natural energy came back and I started somewhat sleeping again at night.
