Do you drink any of this *s-word ( red bull ) today ???

no redbull. just 48oz of black coffee. thought I'd ease myself off just a little. tomorrow i'll hit it cold turkey.

You do not know what your missing .

energy drinks are weak compared to pre-workouts. :)

I used to take 2-3 scoops of this stuff a day. red bull is like kool aid after taking a scoop of HYDE...it was some serious sh*t.

Maybe you could change your name and that would help with the lifestyle choices. Maybe RedBooBoo or Fred Bull? Ted Skull? DeCaf661?

Actually good luck with it. I've noticed you're a bit OCD in certain areas. That's a prime canidate for caffeine abuse. When I quit beer twenty years ago, I was roofing for a friend's parents. Real old timers; trucking company owners and big farmers. Members of the church choir real straight shooters. I told them what I was doing and mentioned I'd noticed it was a struggle. They got out some scatch paper and ask me, how much do you drink? I said three six packs a week. They said how much is one? I said four bucks. They said how long does it affect you? I said four hours. They said how much do you make per hour? I said $15. They said ok do the math; twelve bucks a week in beer plus twelve hours that if you drink you could work instead @ $15/hour that's another $180 a week 180 plus twelve = 192 round it up to two hundred, $800 a month for really nothing just a change of habit.

I used to be hooked on Pepsi growing up.tried monsters but they made me pop and Crack real bad.same with my buddy Steve.only he felt like he was getting gout in his feet and elbows.so we quit those.his son gave me a drink of his C4 prework out drink a while back and I got pretty wild.
Right now i'm struggling with beer.I get aggravated at something and first thing I do is head to the beer store.6-12 Michelobs are getting expensive not to mention causing crazy *s-word in my head.ultimately leading to woman troubles.not that i'm causing trouble but you know how alcohol brings the truth out.of course one good *b-word fit a few nights ago and now she's trying to crawl back.I know i'm not an alcoholic.so far I can go days without beer and not have any withdraws.of course the morning cup of coffee doesn't help either.the caffeine usually starts an anxiety attack now and then when things get stressful which leads to more beer.guess i'm just going to have to switch to iced tea and water.

Caffeine does have some health benefits, but like everything else, people abuse it. Coffee and energy drinks actually can be a part of a healthy diet but the key is water intake and proper hydration.

They used to put cattle troughs full of ice, soda, and Red Bull out in the fire camps but too many fire fighters were dehydrating themselves on the line because of the sugar and caffeine consumption. Now, none of that is available in the camps.
