A few years ago that was definitely the case up here, Pawn shops full of 365 Specials.Just awful .
A mate got one of those for $1000 when his cousin finished his forestry course but kept failing his drug test so chose another line of work. It hadn't had much use either . I think some of the cheap 661s that turn up on trademe might have similar backstories.
It wasn't up long enough either way, it'll run again alright.....There was more chance of this running but they didn't yank it despite no brake,
