Sorry to hear.
Night is always the worst, hard to get sleep when you are uncomfortable.

Hope today is better.

Hope today is better for us both. I've slept very little these last two nights. I need my bed !!!!

She's taking Tramadol, and Tylenol for pain. I'm not sure it's enough, but she hates the way narcotics make her feel.

I'm the same way, I don't take any kind of medication unless it's unavoidable.

Very rarely take Tylenol for pain.

As for the narcotics making ya sick?
Adding a bit of "promethazine" also known as "phenergan" helps.
But be aware it also makes you dopey and sleepy.
Also you Can't remember a danged thing afterwards either.

I hate all narcs. It is a must sleep only thing for me. Get the women some edibles. She might enjoy them. Works wonders for the joints....so does CDB.
The pain means things are going well.

Good that your home, that will help her be more comfortable. I too can't handle pain medication makes me sick and tears a hole in my esophagus. Hopefully some of the pain will subside by the end of the weekend.[emoji123][emoji111]

I know exactly what your better half is going through pain wise, it is yuck at the moment but as each day goes by it will get less and less.
Work hard on the physio to maintain the leg muscles, which in turn, will help pull everything back together.
Best wishes on your recovery, kind regards Toby.

She did really good at the physical therapy today.

I built a 7" tall platform next to the bed to make it easier for her to get in and out.....

It's gonna be ok !!!!

On a low bed frame, I just pulled the slats and let the box spring drop to the floor.
Gotta measure first and make sure you still can change the bed sheets once things are down. Side rails may be in the way if the mattress is down between them.
Once the recovery was over, I put the slats back in place.

Also a good idea to first put an old blanket or something underneath in case the box spring has nails or staples that would scar the floor and get ya on the poop list.
