Its gonna get worse especially when they start with the range of motion exercises. If it hurts its working and the more it hurts the better. My wife is a physical therapist and has made grown men get tears!(she loves that)

Its gonna get worse especially when they start with the range of motion exercises. If it hurts its working and the more it hurts the better. My wife is a physical therapist and has made grown men get tears!(she loves that)

They began range of motion exercises within a few hours of her arrival in her room.

How’s the swelling Randy? They gave my dad What looked like a knee brace that was hooked up with waterlines that would go back-and-forth to an ice cooler with a pump. that thing work mint.

My neighbor had a knee replacement, and one exercise they did was to straighten his leg until the back of his knee touched the floor. Unfortunately they didn't pick up on how different people have different ranges of motion, so that was senseless pain. His and mine can't touch the floor, but the back of his wife's knees can.

Lots of pain overnight. Really sore this morning. She's not taking any narcotics. They make her sick.

Ice packs seem to help.
