Does anyone know if the Walker's on Vancouver Island still do port work? I wonder what that costs... the 372 Buckin Billy Ray runs on his channel is stout and was walkerized a long time ago and I believe Mr. Walker's son runs the business.

I'm sure if you asked Jamie or Shane over on AS they would be able to tell you. I don't know much about the BC scene from here in the middle of the prairies.

He's selective about who he answers. I emailed him a few years back and never got an answer. After I saw other people quoting his prices, I dropped that idea like a hot rock. Lol.

I agree with him that the clutch cover on the Dolmar sucks... especially for noodling. I wish they made a taller/wider one.

I don’t think there’s many guys that wanna dish out $750-800 for port work.
If it were a 250R.....that’d be a different story.

Word on the street is, the 372 he built and a few of us ran at our GTG was upwards of that to have built.

Was it an xtorq conversion? His 461's are really expensive as well but i think part of it is buying a new unlimited oem coil.

After running that 372 at NY GTG I wants one! Added to bucket list.

Expensive I know but will get some play funds for that one.

If I manage to get one will certainly bring to GTGs so you guys can play too.

I'd like JB saw one day. They certainly turn some good working rpm even with the long bars. Guys name is Jack Beeler or Bealer I cant recall the spelling.
