Huztl MS180 muffler heat shield missing

Just built a Huztl MS180, everything went together well mostly. Top plastic is a little rough and the throttle rod is too long and the clutch engages at like 7000rpm, I will get an oem throttle rod and clutch. Started easy and seems to run pretty good. I noticed on the IPL that there is a heat shield on either side of the muffler but there was none in the kit, seems like it would need it! Anyone else run into this?

The heatshield on the right side is only for machines with a catalystic converter in the muffler.
Those are getting hotter and nead a heat shield on the lower side and clutch side.
